For binding contractual terms, review the Terms of Service. For privacy practices and U.S. state rights, review the Privacy Policy.

2. Telecom and AI compliance allocation

LeadGuardian.ai provides software tooling. Customers are responsible for determining and complying with call recording, telemarketing, consent, disclosure, and Do-Not-Call requirements applicable to their use case and call destinations.

For U.S. operations this may include, among others, TCPA, TSR, federal and state guidance, and state call recording/wiretap statutes.

3. Customer implementation duties

Customers should configure scripts and call flows to provide clear notice where required, collect and retain required consent, and honor revocation/opt-out requests.

Customers should avoid processing sensitive regulated data categories unless they have implemented required contractual and technical controls.
