This Privacy Policy explains how LeadGuardian.ai collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our website, applications, APIs, and related services.

For business account data, LeadGuardian.ai generally acts as a business controller for account administration and billing information, and as a service provider/processor for Customer Data processed on behalf of our business customers.

2. Personal information we collect

Identifiers and account details, such as name, work email, company name, phone number, and account login metadata.

Commercial information, such as subscription plan, invoices, and transaction status.

Service data, such as call metadata, transcripts, summaries, scheduling data, and support messages.

Internet or network information, such as IP address, browser/device details, diagnostics, and security logs.

3. Sources of information

Directly from you when you create accounts, use the Services, or contact us.

From your organization and authorized users.

From integrations and service providers that you connect to LeadGuardian.ai.

Automatically from devices and systems used to access the Services.

4. How we use personal information

To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.

To authenticate users, process payments, and deliver support.

To detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.

To communicate operational notices and, where permitted, product updates.

5. Legal bases (where applicable)

We process personal information based on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, consent (where required), and legal obligations, depending on context and jurisdiction.

6. Disclosures and recipients

We disclose personal information to subprocessors and vendors that provide infrastructure, communications, analytics, payment, and support functions under contractual safeguards.

We may disclose information to courts, regulators, law enforcement, or counterparties where required by law or needed to protect rights, security, and safety.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

7. International transfers

LeadGuardian.ai is based in Israel and may process information in Israel, the United States, and other countries where our vendors operate.

When required, we implement transfer safeguards such as contractual protections and organizational controls.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed for service delivery, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, and legitimate business operations.

Retention periods vary by data category and legal requirements. Backup and audit logs may persist for limited periods after account deletion.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information.

No system is perfectly secure. You should also use strong account security controls, including unique credentials and access management.

10. U.S. state privacy rights notice

Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights to access, delete, correct, and obtain a portable copy of personal information, and rights to opt out of certain profiling, targeted advertising, sale, or sharing uses where applicable.

LeadGuardian.ai does not sell personal information for money. If we engage in activities that constitute "sharing" or targeted advertising under applicable law, we will provide required opt-out mechanisms.

You may also have rights related to sensitive personal information and to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

11. How to submit rights requests

Submit privacy rights requests by emailing legal@leadguardian.ai with the subject line "Privacy Request" and specifying the right you want to exercise.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify identity and request authority.

Authorized agents may submit requests on behalf of individuals when they provide proof of authorization and verification information.

We will respond within timelines required by applicable law, and may extend response periods where legally permitted.

12. Appeals process (where required)

If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing legal@leadguardian.ai with subject line "Privacy Appeal" within thirty (30) days of our decision notice.

We will review and respond to appeals as required by applicable law and explain further complaint options when applicable.

13. Call recording and AI processing notice

LeadGuardian.ai provides tooling that may record, transcribe, summarize, and route communications. Our customers are responsible for providing legally required call notices, obtaining required consent, and configuring lawful scripts and call flows.

If you are a caller and have questions about call-specific notice or consent, contact the business you called first.

14. Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
